An affiliate of Meridian Senior Living, LLC, a nationally recognized operator of senior living communities, today announced that it has assumed management of The Preserve at Palm-Aire, a 302-unit senior living community in Pompano Beach, Florida.
The acquisition represents a continued investment by Meridian in the Florida senior living market, joining eight other Florida communities under Meridian’s management.
The Preserve at Palm-Aire will benefit from the company’s extensive operational expertise, resident-centered approach and commitment to creating vibrant senior living communities where residents can thrive.
